How We Ship

At 21 Atelier, we partner with Shiprocket, India's leading logistics platform, to ensure your order

reaches you safely and on time. Your shipment may be fulfilled by one of the following trusted

•Ecom Express

The courier assigned to your order is automatically selected based on your delivery location and

availability.

Custom / Made-to-Order (stitching, alterations, etc.)	3 business days to process, then dispatched	8 – 18 business days

Delivery timelines vary depending on the origin of shipment. Orders shipped from closer locations

typically arrive within 5 days, while international or cross-region shipments may take up to 15 days.

•Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow

your shipment in real time.

•Please ensure your full delivery address and PIN/postal code are correctly entered at

checkout. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched.

•Deliveries are made during standard business hours on weekdays. No deliveries are

made on Sundays or public holidays.

•In some cases, your order may arrive in more than one package if items are being shipped

from different locations — at no extra charge.
