Refund policy

At 21 Atelier, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. Given that our products are shipped
internationally from India, we ask that you initiate your return request promptly within this
window to allow adequate processing time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
•In its original condition with all tags and labels intact
•In its original packaging where possible
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following in your message:
•Your order number
•The item(s) you wish to return
•The reason for your return
•Photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original
payment method.
Please note:
•Original shipping charges are non-refundable
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received
was damaged, defective, or incorrect
•Your financial institution may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund
in your account
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please:
1.Initiate a return for your original item
2.Place a new order for the desired item
If you need assistance, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
•Custom / Made-to-Order items (including stitched, altered, or personalized pieces)
•Jewellery and accessories for hygiene reasons
•Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
•Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will prioritize your case and arrange a
replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Important Note on International Returns
As our products ship from India, please be aware that return transit times may vary. We strongly
recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. 21
Atelier is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
